ESTIMATING
Computerized using micro-estimating for accuracy, speed and dependability. The quote turnaround is minimal.
PRINT CONTROL
Because drawings vary from client to client, we introduce customer information into our Autocad system, standardizing all information for internal communication. All Avanti departments, operators and Q.A. work with the same sophisticated language. Customer prints are kept separately for reference only.
TOOL DESIGN
Also controlled by our Autocad system, this allows for the complete designing of our in-house tool room facility.
 JOB CONTROL
Our experienced design engineers assure job consistency relative to critical and major dimensions, close tolerances and C.P.K. by working closely with our Q.A. and set-up personnel. Before a set-up can be approved for production, Engineering, Quality Assurance and the set-up man involved must all agree that the equipment involved is capable of consistently maintaining job performance. It is then that the Q.A. managers approval is given that production can begin.
