Available Positions
Position: Swiss CNC Lead – SIGN ON BONUS up to $5,000
A CNC Lead Machinist is a highly skilled professional responsible for overseeing the setup, operation, and optimization of CNC machines to produce high-precision components.
Main Responsibility:
Hands on position who will support operators with troubleshooting and training. Capable of doing basic programming, set up hot jobs when needed. Assist the CNC Manager on the day-to-day operations. Suggest improvement.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Solid knowledge of metal manufacturing industry
- At least 5 years hands on experience working in manufacturing environment as lead person, or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic programming program (write a program), do setups and must have experience with CNC Swiss machines.
- Problem solving/ troubleshooting
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
- Understand inspection per customer and quality requirements
- Good communication skills
- Able to display strong leadership skills
- Microsoft office software skills
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred
- Available to work overtime
Responsibilities:
- Assist the CNC manager on daily operations
- Provide supervisory direction and support for all personnel assigned
- Responsible for the assigned jobs and machines of his/her team members
- Responsible of meeting the quality standards according to the customer’s blueprint
- Troubleshoot and leads direct reports
- Perform simple repairs to equipment as needed
- Responsible for the training and development of team members assigned, including shadowing and coaching
- Monitor levels of production, output per machine, scraps and rejects
- Program, do set ups, installs tooling necessary for parts production, and guides on the operation of the CNC equipment
- Follows and enforces the employee handbook policies
- Maintains a safe environment and good housekeeping at his immediate area of responsibility.

Compensation
Highly Competitive Pay: Up to $40 per hour + Overtime
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (paid within the first year of service)
Position: CNC Setup Operator – SIGN ON BONUS up to $2000
A CNC Setup Operator performs a variety of machine operations utilizing numerical control machining centers to cut, shape or form metal parts to specifications.
Requirements and Skills:
3 years experience as a machinist operating and setting up at least one of our type of machines: Citizen CNC swiss lathes, Tsugami, Miyano, Index MS40/MS32 (multi-spindle)
Able to read and understand blueprints
Able to do set ups.
Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers and other measurement devices.
Familiar with “G” & “M” codes (preferred)
Capable of lifting 35-40 lbs.
Knowledge of cutting tools used in CNC machines.
Troubleshooting
Able to make adjustments on the machine.
Good communication skills
High attention to detail
Good technical and mathematical skills

Salary range: up to $30 hr.
Position: CNC Setup & Programmer – Sign on Bonus up to $2,000
The CNC Set-Up and Programmer performs a variety of machine operations utilizing numerical control machines to cut, shape or form metal parts to specifications. Does set ups and writes a program on the software and/or at the machine. Troubleshoot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Miyano CNC lathes and Citizen CNC Swiss machines, manually and/or through use of CAD/CAM software.
- Analyze, review and optimize existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency using Lean Manufacturing techniques.
- Maintain quality objectives, while controlling costs.
- Support floor personnel in troubleshooting process and/or quality problems.
- Qualify part set-up to ensure its satisfactory operation and instruct others on machining process.
- Analyze engineering drawings and tool layouts to determine optimum manufacturing sequence and tooling requirements for new designs or modifications of current products from a productivity and ongoing production standpoint.
- Work with trainees when necessary on good machining practices and inspection techniques.
Requirements and Skills:
- Five- plus years of proven hands-on programming experience on CNC lathes and Swiss style CNC machines.
- Able to do set-ups
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of ESPRIT is a plus
- Able to read and understand blueprints and understand inspection per customer and quality requirements
- Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers and other measurement devices.
- Capable of lifting 35-40 lbs.
- Knowledge of cutting tools used in CNC machines.
- Able to make adjustments on the machine.
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Good technical and mathematical skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
Schedule: Monday – Friday; overtime available and flexible schedule.
1st shift : 6:00 am – 4:30 pm , or 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
Salary range: Up to $35/hr

POSITION: CNC LATHE OPERATOR: SIGN ON BONUS up to $2000
Requirements and skills:
- 2-3 years’ experience operating more than 2 machines, CNC lathes and/or CNC Swiss style machines
- Able to read and understand blueprints
- Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers and other measurement devices
- Capable of lifting 35-40 lbs
- Knowledge of cutting tools used in CNC machines
- Able to make adjustments on the machine
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Good technical and mathematical skills
Job type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday; overtime available
1st. Shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (M – F)
Salary range: $19- 22/hr
POSITION: Screw Machine Set-Up Operator – New Britain, Davenport, ACME
SIGN ON BONUS up to $2,000
We are looking for an experienced Set-up operator for ACME, Davenport and New Britain multi-spindle screw machines.
Requirements and skills:
Must have 2 – 3 years of relevant experience with ACME, Davenport and/or New Britain machines
Able to Set-up and troubleshoot
Operate a minimum of 2 machines
Able to read and understand blueprints
Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers and other measurement devices
Mechanically and mathematically inclined
Able to make adjustments on machines and maintenance preventive checks
Able to lift 40 lbs.
Job type: Full-time
Schedule : Monday – Friday; overtime available and flexible schedule.
1st shift : 6:00 am – 4:30 pm , or 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
Salary range: $ 25 – $30/hr
