Manufacturing Apprenticeship

Manufacturing Apprenticeship

It is predicted that by 2025, there will be a skilled labor gap leaving nearly 2 million jobs vacant across the manufacturing sector. The gap has been increasing as baby boomers retire and the prevalent choice of high schoolers to pursue a college degree. To counteract the gap of skilled laborers, Avanti Engineering is committed to training the next generation of manufacturers.
